В этой чаще прекрасного леса я помнил ту ночь:
как слова разливались во времени горьким вином;

Я направлял свои мысли в себя – проклят, смирен или горд,
дикарь или разум во плоти греховной.

Я помнил ту ночь,
когда огненный волк пришел в чащу священного леса,
я скормил ему глупость, смиренье, и ложь,
я скормил ему слабость, страданье и боль,
я пустил свою кровь в пневму этой земли,
в свете черной звезды я стучался в чертог.

The shadows were falling fancifully deep into the silence of the dead marshes.
In this thicket of beautiful forest, I remembered that night:
as words were spilling in time like bitter wine;
I sent my reflections into myself – Cursed, obedient or proud,
Wildman or mind in the sinful flesh.

I remembered that night, when the fiery wolf came in the sacred forest,
I fed him foolishness, humility and lies,
